Lazily Passing a Bandh Day

The two-day strike, popularly called Bandh here, gave me an opportunity to lazily pass a day. I am without any reporting and rushing at all. How life swiftly changes idle? I always feel amazed.

The strike-day begins late for me. When my wife will bring me a cup of tea, I always ask her if there are any vehicles on the road. She says no and I sleep an hour more. Then, after toilet works, it is always the chowk where there would be people talking about Bandhs and political situation (and everything else.)

I return home late and have the lunch. Then turn my attention towards my computer which generally plays me music on those days. Uninstalling of unnecessary programs, running ant-virus program, running anti-adware program and connecting internet now and then is all what I generally do on those days.

At around mid-day, I begin preparation to walk to office which takes 45 minutes. After mid-day light meal, I start walking (not always, someday I find bus/taxi as today). At office, not much work, so usually browsing internet lazily is the favorite timepass.

In evening, I return home. A day in my life wasted: I always feel, do everybody else?
